- 1 Remaining fried onions from above
- 2 Tablepsoon mint, leaves

- 2 tsp Ginger garlic paste

- 1 tbsp Biryani masala powder
- 2 Cardamom
- 1 inch Cinnamon
- 3 Cloves
- 1 pinch Saffron
- 2 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 Star anise
